4 STEP COOKING PROCEDURE:
Ingredients :
Meat of your Choice (Chicken Drumsticks/Wings/Thighs or Breast Fillets). Crunchy Seasoning of your Choice, Crunchy Batter Mix.
- Prepare Batter Mix in a Bowl with approximately 450ml of Water. Stir and ensure it has an even consistency
- In a Bowl place Meat of your choice inside of the Crunchy Seasoning, cover all sides of Meat with Seasoning
- Place the seasoned Meat into the Batter Mix for approximately 2 minutes, ensure entire meat is covered

Remove Meat from the Batter Mix, let excess drip off, and place battered Meat back into Crunchy Seasoning
Again, covering all sides of Meat. Let Meat rest for a further 2-4 minutes to soak up full flavor.
TIP: Prior to placing meat into the Air Fryer or onto BBQ, spray/mist cooking oil onto all sides of the Meat as well as the pre-heated cooking surface. Cooking times vary dependent on Meat and Meat Size.
