2) When you make a purchase via a Credit or Debit Card with a Crunchy Fried Chicken Representative, we will ask you to sign our “Credit Card Authorization Form” to authorize us to use your personal as well as credit card information to fulfill agreed transactions and payments. You may cancel this authorization at any time by contacting us. The authorization will remain in effect until cancelled. 

When you enter your contact or personal information on any of our contact, lead or giveaway forms, you agree for us to use and save this information to contact you and provide you with either more details on our products or services or get in touch / contact with you. 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
