Terms & Conditions of Giveaway

Entry into the current competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. 1. Entry is open to all Australian residents of 15 years of age or older except all employees of the Promoter and their immediate families. (Underage children may participate with the approval and help of a parent or guardian).
  2. The competition closes at midnight on the date announced on this page. The next round of giveaway draw is scheduled to close on Monday the 30th of September 2025.
  3. To enter the competition, participants are required to leave an honest Google Review on the Crunchy Fried Chicken Google listing (QR Code shown for link).
  4. The competition will be drawn after 12 noon on the first working day after the competition close date. Winners will be contacted through a reply on the Google Review given to claim their prize. If a prize is not claimed within 7 days, one additional redraw will take place.
  5. Prize details: Winners will be chosen from the submitted Crunchy Fried Chicken Google reviews (as per the QR Code link). All individuals/participants will be entered into a computerised random selection program, ensuring that entrants all have a fair and equal chance of winning a prize.
  6. A single prize in this promotion is one $20 Food Voucher on Crunchy Fried Chicken items in store only. It can only be redeemed in person at a Crunchy Fried Chicken shop and the voucher only covers Crunchy Fried Chicken menu items. No other shop purchases valid.
  7. The Giveaway Wobble Cards with the QR Code are placed at participating shops only (check your nearest shop for participation). Wobble Cards simply show some giveaway information as well as a link to this page.
  8. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  9. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected reviews/entries.
  10. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
  11. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
    - inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entry information;
    - non-receipt of entries for any reason;
    - problems or technical failures of any kind;
    - unavailability or inaccessibility of any service or website;
    - unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
    - electronic or human error; or
    - any damage or loss (direct or indirect) suffered by reason of any act or omission of the Promoter, its employees or contractors in relation to entry into this competition or supply of a prize.
